Jim is a recognized Professional Engineer who has been working for about 30 years in subsea systems, particularly in the Deepwater environment. As Chief Technology Officer he is leading all technology developments. 

Most of Jim’s career has been spent executing offshore projects at Shell. His considerable deep water, subsea experience provides the skills to design and deliver equipment and projects and the gravitas to engage business leaders and organizational leaders to build capability, capacity, and better alignment between organizations. Jim has led teams through all phases of opportunity realization delivering outstanding results on difficult Deepwater projects; many have incorporated new technologies.
